Qualifications

• High School Diploma or HSE and past employment experience.
• Must have Montana Driver’s License and clean driving/background check.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Crisis Intervention & Stabilization: implement behavior management, safety planning, and de-escalation.
• Daily Living Support: assist with ADLs including personal care, hygiene, feeding, and medication monitoring.
• Behavioral Coaching & Skill Building: teach coping and social skills.
• Monitoring & Safety: maintain a safe environment, potentially 24/7 monitoring in residential settings.
• Case Coordination: work with treatment teams, families and schools.
• Transportation: accompany individuals to appointments and activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain confidential records of daily activities and incidents.
• Advocacy: ensure rights and promote self-advocacy.
• Implements and follows plans: ITP/BMP/ILP/Personal Support Plans.
• Observes, reports and records data on residents.
• Utilizes HELP and basic First Aid/CPR when needed.
• Attends mandatory trainings, in-services, staff meetings.
