Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or two years of post-secondary education (48 credits).
• Desirable training in child development, education, or related field.
• Experience with disability support preferred, especially autism-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in instruction and supervision of students with disabilities under supervision of teachers.
• Support students with IEP goals and behavioral strategies.
• Help administer tests and assessments as directed.
• Assist with safety procedures and de-escalation techniques when needed.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain an inclusive learning environment.
