Job summary

Penny Lane Centers in Lancaster, CA seeks a Facilitator to lead Intensive Services teams, coordinate Family Plans of Care, and guide the planning process for FSP, IFCCS, and Wraparound families.

You will coordinate with county workers and courts, attend CFT meetings at various locations, train staff, ensure program adherence, and support the team with problem-solving and collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (M.A.) with at least 1 year of experience working with children and/or families.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) with at least 2 years of experience working with children and/or families.
• Candidates without a college degree must have 3 years of direct service experience in an Intensive Services program and pass the skill aptitude test.
• Volunteer and/or personal experience in foster care will be considered.
• Must be able to use the computer and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred (verbal and written skillset).
• Valid California driver’s license; insurance; access to a vehicle during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and coordinate Plans of Care/Client Treatment Plans.
• Interface with county workers, Interagency Screening Committee, and the court system.
• Attend Child and Family Team meetings in the agency, homes, or community.
• Provide training and help resolve conflicts within the team.
• Ensure adherence to County contracts and established protocols and procedures.
