Qualifications

• Knowledge of Intensive In-Home (IIH) services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the IIH team by communicating program goals and priorities.
• Onboard, train, coach, and develop employees with their professional growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with timely feedback.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, workloads and overall team function.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership.
