Youth Haven Services in Randolph County, North Carolina seeks a Licensed Professional to join the Intensive In-Home (IIH) program as a Team Lead. You will provide direct clinical services and supervise the IIH team serving children and families in homes and the community.

The role combines therapy, team leadership, and program coordination to ensure high-quality, person-centered care in line with state guidelines. Strong communication and travel within Randolph County are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Current North Carolina licensure or provisional licensure (LCSW, LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, etc.).
• Minimum of one year of documented clinical experience with the population served.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout Randolph County.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy according to the consumer's Person-Centered Plan.
• Complete clinical assessments and reassessments.
• Offer clinical guidance and direction to IIH team members.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and monitor case progress, interventions, and overall team performance.
• Support compliance for intakes, authorizations, reauthorizations, documentation, and productivity.
• Track treatment outcomes, ensure timely documentation, and assist with transition and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with families, schools, providers, and community partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
