Job summary

Youth Haven Services is seeking a motivated Program Manager to lead our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program in Greensboro, NC. You will provide leadership, coaching, and operational oversight to deliver high-quality services to children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities include team development, performance management, and ensuring program compliance while collaborating with leadership and community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field.
• At least two years of management experience.
• Experience working with IIH services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the IIH team by communicating program goals, priorities, and expectations.
• Onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while supporting their professional growth.
• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with timely feedback.
• Monitor staffing, schedules, workloads, and team functioning.
• Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership.
• Identify improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, safety requirements, and standards.
• Collaborate across departments and with community stakeholders.

Education
