Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) for Intensive In-Home support in Marion, NC. This role works within a dedicated three-person team to provide recovery-oriented services to individuals with MH or substance use challenges in home and community settings.

Full-time positions include a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Education requirements include a Bachelor's (non-human services) with 4+ years or related paths, or a Master’s with 1+ year, plus appropriate licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (Not Human Services field) with 4+ years full-time experience.
• Bachelor degree (in Human Services field) with 2+ years full-time experience.
• Master's Degree or Higher with 1+ years full-time experience.
• Licensure/certification required by governing board.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating relationships and serving as a link between the company, parents, guardians, local agencies and the community.
• Minimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with daily living and personal development, providing supportive counseling.
• Supporting the client in the development of daily and community living skills, socialization, adaptation, and behavioral management.
• Participating in a 24/7 on-call system to coordinate resources according to consumer need.
• Performing Case Management functions of linking and arranging for services and referrals.

Education

Bachelor degree (Not Human Services field) & 4+ years full-time experience with population served

Master's Degree or Higher & 1+ years full-time experience with population served
