00 RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist III (QP) for Intensive In Home services in Caldwell and Burke Counties, with a home-based focus and flexible part-time hours. The role delivers interventions to youth at risk and supports families, schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Must meet Qualified Professional (QP) requirements and operate under supervision.
• Bachelor’s in Human Services field with 2 years full-time MH youth experience; or Bachelor’s in non-HS with 4 years experience; or Master’s in HS with 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with at-risk youth and families to implement interventions.
• Conduct sessions in home, school and community settings.
• Develop and implement Person Centered Plans from the plan.
• Assist with authorization processes.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and coordinate with supervisor.
• Provide crisis intervention strategies to ensure safety.
• Share referral information for community services.
• Participate in on-call crisis rotation.
