Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) / Child and Family to support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges in residential, school, workplace, and community settings. Responsibilities include delivering strength-based interventions, facilitating family-focused IIH services, and coordinating case management.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Services with experience, or related credentials, and valid licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services required with 2+ years full-time experience with population served.
• Bachelor's degree in other field requires 4+ years full-time experience with population served, OR Master’s degree with 1+ years.
• License or equivalent from governing board is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to individuals with mental health and/or substance use issues in home, school, workplace and community settings.
• Focus is on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest quality of life.
• Facilitates relationships and acts as a link between individuals served, family, guardians, local agencies and community.
• Minimizes the impact of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence on daily living and development, providing supportive counseling.
• Supports client in developing daily living, social, adaptation, and behavior management skills.
• Performs case management: linking and arranging services and referrals.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to maintain communication and expedite service implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Services

Bachelor's degree in non-Human Services field

Master’s degree or higher
