Align Behavioral Health LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician to deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth ages 5–20 and their caregivers, based on an Individual Service Plan. The role supports assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with care managers in home, school, and community settings.

New graduates or newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply; we provide training, supervision toward LCSW/LPC, and flexibility for after-school hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist. Awaiting your license number is fine, apply and tell us where you are in the process.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Availability for after school and evening hours
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement

Responsabilités

• Attend clinical supervision and QA review

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician

No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required.

Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows.
