Hopes Promise Respite LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community Therapist in New Jersey to provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings. The position offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home or community settings.

Your Role

As an IIC Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
• Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
• Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards

What We’re Looking For

• Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
