Job summary

Align Behavioral Health LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician. The role focuses on delivering in-home and community-based therapy to youth ages 5–20 and their families, coordinating with care managers and teams, and maintaining safety planning.

New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply; training is provided. Flexible evening and weekend hours and W2 employment are offered, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist. Awaiting license number is fine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth age 5–20 and their caregivers based on the Individual Service Plan.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to authorized need.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire; write a progress note for every session.
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager.
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician

Align Behavioral Health | NJ | W2 | Flexible evening and weekend hours

No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required. New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you.

Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows.

What you will do

What you need
