Job summary

Align Behavioral Health LLC in New Jersey is hiring an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician to serve youth and families in home, school, and community settings. You will build treatment plans, deliver weekly sessions, and coordinate with a Care Manager, with supervision and ongoing training provided.

The role emphasizes flexible after-school hours, licensing eligibility (LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT or psychologist), and the chance to advance while developing skills in CYBER documentation and case

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field.
• NJ license eligibility: LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC/LMFT or psychologist.
• Able to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth ages 5–20 and caregivers.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire.
• Coordinate with Care Manager and attend team meetings.
• Provide safety planning and supervise sessions as needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.
