Align Behavioral Health LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician in New Jersey. You will deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth and caregivers, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with care teams using CYBER for documentation.

New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply; training is provided. Flexible evenings and weekends support a balanced schedule, with potential for advancement in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
• Valid NJ driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for after school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session.
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager.
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician

Align Behavioral Health | NJ | W2 | Flexible evening and weekend hours

No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required. New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you.

Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows.

What you will do
