Zusammenfassung

ALIGN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH LLC is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician in New Jersey. We provide services to youth and families where they live, learn, and play, with flexible scheduling and ample opportunities for professional growth.

New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you and support supervision toward licensure, with CYBER documentation duties and collaboration with the Care Manager.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for after school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

• Deliver weekly face-to-face sessions with youth (ages 5–20) and caregivers per the IIC plan.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire; write a progress note for every session.
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the Care Manager.
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.

Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician

Align Behavioral Health | NJ | W2 | Flexible evening and weekend hours

No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required.

New graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply. We train you.

Align provides Intensive In-Community services to youth and families through the New Jersey Children's System of Care. Our clinicians meet youth where they live their lives: at home, at school, and in the community. You build your schedule around your availability, and your caseload grows as your comfort grows.

What you will do

• Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review

What you need
