Job summary

Align Behavioral Health LLC in New Jersey is seeking an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician to deliver home, school, and community-based services to youth ages 5–20 and their families. No prior IIC, CSOC, or CYBER experience required; new graduates and newly licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.

We provide training, supervision toward licensure, and a supportive onboarding. You will work with youth, write treatment plans, participate in meetings, and coordinate with a Care Manager

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
• NJ license or license eligibility: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist; indicating where you are in the process.
• Valid NJ driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Availability for after school and evening hours.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly face to face sessions with youth ages 5 through 20 and their caregivers, based on the Individual Service Plan.
• Complete assessments and build IIC treatment plans with measurable goals tied to the authorized need.
• Submit treatment plans in CYBER before authorizations expire, and write a progress note for every session.
• Participate in Child Family Team meetings and coordinate with the assigned Care Manager.
• Provide safety planning within scope and coordinate with Mobile Response when needed.
• Attend clinical supervision and QA review.
