Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health seeks an Intensive Home-Based Therapist in Athens County, OH. The role involves delivering I-FAST based therapy to youth and families in home and community settings, with emphasis on strengths-based approaches and community collaboration.

You will assess clients, engage families, and coordinate with schools, probation, and child welfare, while meeting licensure requirements and contributing to a positive, supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Experience delivering services to youth and families preferred.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and comfort with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the Intensive Family and System Treatment (I-FAST) model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families to inform treatment planning.
• Engage caregivers and community partners to support ongoing, strengths-based change.
• Maintain documented records and participate in program evaluation and case planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure 24/7 access to support as needed.
