Qualifications

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients and families.
• Engage with diverse families to tailor care plans.
• Collaborate with community resources to meet family needs.
• Maintain documentation and participate in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family psychotherapy using I-FAST.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to inform treatment.
• Engage primary caregivers and community supports in treatment.
• Complete weekly case planning and progress evaluations.
• Contribute to cross-systems training and program evaluation.
