Qualifications

• Must be licensed per Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Experience delivering services to youth and families.
• Comfortable working with diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model.
• Conduct thorough client/family assessments.
• Engage primary caregiver and community partners in treatment.
• Document accurately and meet billing productivity requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision.
• Maintain case planning and progress evaluation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure 24/7 client access as needed.
