Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Licking County, OH is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist. You will provide direct I-FAST based clinical treatment to youth and families, conduct thorough assessments, and engage with caregivers and community partners to support ongoing change. This role includes a sign-on bonus and salary ranges depending on licensure level, with strong emphasis on collaboration and community resources.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements defined by the Ohio Board.
• Experience delivering services to youth and families.
• Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.
• Knowledge of community service systems.
• Willing to participate in cross-systems activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles, including leveraging strengths and focusing on the positive.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family to inform problem behaviors and relatives’ ecological context.
• Work with families to define cultural factors influencing strengths and engagement.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
• Develop collaborations with community resources to meet family needs.
• Engage primary caregivers, family members, supports, and community staff in change-oriented treatment.
• Weekly case planning and evaluation with supervisor support.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision to build extensive clinical skills in I-FAST.
• Ensure clients have access to 24/7 support as needed.
• Maintain documentation, participate in program evaluation and meetings.
