Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Athens, OH is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model with youth and families.

You will assess, treat, and collaborate with communities to support sustained behavioral change, while meeting Ohio licensure requirements. Eligible for sign-on bonus and competitive salary based on licensure and experience.

Qualifications

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough assessment of client and family to inform treatment.
• Work with families to define cultural factors influencing strengths and functioning.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
• Develop partnerships with community resources to meet family needs.
• Engage primary caregiver and community supports in treatment.
• Attend weekly case planning and supervision sessions.

Responsibilities
