Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to support children and families using the I-FAST model, delivering strength-based care in home and community settings.

You will collaborate with families, schools, and community partners, participate in ongoing training and supervision, and contribute to case planning, documentation, and program evaluation while meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Must meet Ohio licensure requirements for CSW/LMFT.
• Experience delivering services to youth and families.
• Ability to engage diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model.
• Conduct a thorough client and family assessment.
• Address cultural factors to ensure ongoing engagement and success.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
• Develop partnerships with community resources to meet family needs.
• Engage caregivers and community staff in treatment.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision.
• Receive ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills.
• Ensure 24/7 access to support with team collaboration.
• Maintain documentation and participate in program evaluation.
