Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication with families and partners

• Strong collaboration and teamwork across multisystem settings
• Understanding of I-FAST model concepts and trauma-informed care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model with strength-based approaches
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family contexts to inform care planning
• Engage primary caregivers and supports in change-oriented treatment
• Lead weekly case planning and progress evaluation with supervision
• Ensure access to 24/7 support and cross-systems collaboration
