Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Ohio is seeking an Intensive Home-Based Therapist to serve families in Pickaway County. You will provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and work with youth, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities include assessments, culturally informed care, individual and family psychotherapy, case planning, and collaboration with school and child welfare partners. Licensure per OSWB required; salary ranges based on licensure level.

Qualifications

• Must meet requirements for licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
• Demonstrated a high degree of cultural awareness.
• Comfortable working with a diverse community of clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model and principles.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client and family to inform treatment.
• Work with families to define cultural factors influencing care.
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services.
• Develop collaborations with community resources to meet family needs.
• Engage caregivers and support networks in treatment.
• Weekly case planning and progress evaluation.
• Participate in training, supervision, and program activities.
• Ensure 24/7 client access to support as needed.
