Job summary

Blue Kite Wellness seeks an Intensive Home-Based Clinician to deliver short‑term behavioral health services to children and families in homes and communities in Quincy, Macomb, IL, with telehealth as allowed by the plan.

You will develop assessment-informed interventions, coordinate with Care Coordinators and schools, and lead family-focused therapy while maintaining strong clinical documentation and supervision.

Qualifications

• Meets Illinois QMHP or LPHA qualifications and licensure requirements.
• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Entry-level to early-career clinical experience welcomed with QMHP/LPHA eligibility.
• Foundational knowledge of assessment, treatment planning, and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive Home-Based Clinical services to children, youth, and families in the Illinois Pathways program.
• Develop and update individualized interventions using IM+CANS, FBA, and family input.
• Deliver individual, family, and caregiver therapy to reduce symptoms and improve family functioning.
• Support caregivers in communication, problem-solving, and emotion regulation skills.
• Provide clinical direction to IHBS staff and collaborate with Care Coordinators and schools.
• Monitor progress, document accurately, and participate in supervision and meetings.
