A community service provider in Clearwater, Florida is seeking an Intensive Case Manager to support children and families impacted by trauma. The ideal candidate will have experience in human services, work collaboratively with community resources, and utilize High Fidelity Wraparound methods. This role offers a pay rate of $33.73/hour and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical coverage and generous PTO.

Formación

• At least two years’ experience in human services or child welfare.
• Reliable vehicle and safe driving record required.
• Eligibility for targeted case management certification.
• Ability to work with families experiencing trauma.

Responsabilidades
