The role involves assessing the individual needs of participants, advocating for their access to essential services, and developing recovery plans. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and experience in case management or related fields. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. This role requires a valid driver's license as duties involve driving participants to various appointments.

Competenze

• One year Case Management experience preferred.
• Two years' general work experience providing support to individuals in behavioral health, Addiction Recovery or IDD services required.
• Valid driver’s license.
