Job summary

A recognized behavioral health organization in New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Case Manager to provide community-based outreach and support for clients recovering from mental illness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Psychology, with at least one year of mental health experience. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or AA Degree and four years’ experience working with individuals with mental illness.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the mental health field post graduation, or four years experience with an AA Degree.
• Driver's License in good standing.
