Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Registered Nurse (Step Down ICU) to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for medically complex patients transitioning from ICU. You will conduct continuous assessments, manage hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring, and titrate IV drips with critical care interventions.
