Registered Nurse (Surgical Intensive Care Unit)

Provides complex critical care to post-surgical and high-acuity patients. Manages ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients, including titration of IV drips and rapid response to clinical changes. Performs comprehensive assessments, delivers evidence-based nursing interventions, and communicates clearly and promptly with physicians and the care team.

Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality care. Educates patients and families, and precepts others as needed. Participates in quality and safety initiatives and continues professional growth through ongoing education in a mission-driven, faith-based environment.
