The VIOS Clinic is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (PRN) to provide compassionate, high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill adults in an Intensive Care Unit. You will perform comprehensive patient assessment and help develop and implement individualized care plans.

As a PRN ICU RN, you will collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary team, respond to rapid changes in patient condition, and educate patients and families during critical events while maintaining strict

Formación

• Active RN licensure with ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for complex, time-sensitive care.
• Proficiency with ventilator and infusion/drip titration management.
• Effective teamwork and communication with clinical leadership and multidisciplinary staff.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety, infection prevention, and high-quality documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Titrate IV drips and manage life-support devices.
• Collaborate with intensivists and multidisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes.
• Respond promptly to rapid changes in patient condition and coordinate necessary actions.

ICU Registered Nurse (PRN) Provide compassionate, high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill adults in an Intensive Care Unit. Perform comprehensive patient assessment, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Titrate IV drips and manage advanced life-support devices, including ventilators.
• Collaborate with intensivists and a multidisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes.
