Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (Adult Step-Down)
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based nursing care to adult step-down patients, including cardiac and complex medical cases. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans, and titrate IV drips per clinical protocols. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, educate patients and families, and ensure safe transitions of care.
Maintain strict standards for quality, patient safety, and infection control. Mentor peers and precept others as needed, supporting a collaborative, compassionate learning environment.
