Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a Registered Nurse (Step Down ICU) to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care for medically complex patients transitioning from ICU. You will conduct continuous assessments, manage hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring, and titrate IV drips with critical care interventions.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in the United States.
• Strong critical care assessment and monitoring skills.
• Proficiency titrating IV drips and managing high-acuity conditions.
• Ability to collaborate on ventilator/respiratory support.
• Excellent communication and patient/family education skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality nursing care for medically complex, high-acuity patients transitioning from ICU.
• Conduct continuous patient assessment and manage hemodynamic and cardiac monitoring.
• Titrate IV drips and deliver appropriate critical care interventions.
• Partner with respiratory team to support ventilator and other respiratory needs.
• Educate patients and families and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
