Qualifications

• Licensed RN with ICU experience and strong critical care judgment.
• Proficient in ventilator management and titration of complex IV infusions.
• Excellent assessment, rapid decision-making, and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and ability to educate patients and families.

ICU Registered Nurse provides expert, compassionate care for critically ill adults in a high-acuity intensive care unit.

Key Duties Include

• Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor for rapid changes in condition.
• Manage advanced life-support needs, including ventilators and complex IV infusions ("drips").
• Respond promptly and appropriately to clinical emergencies and evolving patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate and advocate for patients and families, supporting informed decision-making.
• Maintain accurate, complete electronic documentation and comply with clinical standards.

Qualifications/skills

• Registered Nurse with ICU experience and strong critical care nursing judgment.
• Proficiency in ventilator management and titration/monitoring of complex infusions.
