Maxim Healthcare Services in Santa Rosa, CA is hiring an Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to work with children and/or adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

The role involves one-to-one behavioral intervention, data collection, crisis intervention, and daily living assistance, with BCBA supervision and flexible scheduling for PT or FT. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in educational or healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience with individuals with challenging behaviors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one-behavior intervention services.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and behavior areas.
• Assist with personal care activities as needed including feeding and hygiene.
• Implement and collect data for Behavior Support Plan goals.
