Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is hiring Intensive Autism Technicians for a full-time role at our Southwest Indianapolis residential setting. You will provide direct autism services under ABA principles, participate in BST, and assist with functional assessments while supporting a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/TCI certification, and the ability to travel as needed. Work hours include 3rd shift with rotating weekends, with opportunities for growth and training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to pass Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum age 21 per licensure requirements.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record for driving duties.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children diagnosed with Autism using Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Participate in Behavior Skills Training (BST) and Practical Functional Assessments as needed.
• Support treatment team and document data consistently.
• Assist with transportation of clients when required.
• Maintain safety and respond to challenging behaviors appropriately.
