Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to support transit and multimodal projects from any US CDM Smith office. You will coordinate models across architecture, transportation, roadway design and MEP into a federated, clash-checked deliverable-ready model throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead clash detection, enforce BIM standards, mentor production staff, and interface with clients and subconsultants to ensure data handoff meets project requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intelligent models across disciplines for transit and multimodal projects.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and lead resolution across disciplines.
• Establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards and workflows across offices.
