Job summary

Prescient Edge is seeking an Exercise Planner/Intel Ops to support a Federal government client. You will capture lessons learned, develop scenario-based training, and synchronize briefs for exercise execution.

The role requires collaboration with civilian authorities, SOF elements, and contract organizations to ensure mission success. Responsibilities include supporting the F3EAD process, ISR replication, and dynamic scripting during exercises, with a focus on integrating intelligence,

Qualifications

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree.
• 10 years SOF operations and/or intelligence experience as an operator or leader in a SMU or related SOF community.
• 3+ years of exercise planning experience in support of SOCOM exercises or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Capture lessons learned during and after exercises and distribute evaluation reports to discipline chiefs.
• Develop scenario-based training to evaluate integration of intelligence, logistics, and communications disciplines.
• Coordinate with civilian authorities and law enforcement; manage Realistic Military Training (RMT) requirements.
• Prepare briefs and reports for exercise execution and support F3EAD processes.
• Provide ISR replication/support and theater-level live ISR collection management.
• Script dynamic exercise events to meet training goals and maintain master storyline coherence.
