Job description

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an Intelligence Planner at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Position:

Intelligence Planner (Planning and Exercises)

LCAT:

Mid

Location:

Fort Belvoir, VA; DCP 7

Clearance:

TS/SCI and CI poly required

Required training:

Joint Planning certification and experience required.

Desired experience:

At least 8 years of relevant experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Employ intelligence expertise to support the integration of Defense and National intelligence capabilities into operational planning across the DoD.
2. Assist in developing campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES.
3. Support red teaming and feasibility assessments of intelligence operations within planning processes.
4. Analyze intelligence from multiple sources to assess regional or functional security issues.
5. Provide all-source analytic support for collections, operations, and investigations.

Other qualifications:

• Experience as a DoD Analyst with strategic and tactical roles.
• Ability to produce reports for senior DoD decision-makers.
• Knowledge of interagency operations.
• Understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, standards, and analytic tools.
