Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Planner to join our team! In this role you will get to play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic plans through the integration of intelligence insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret intelligence data from diverse sources to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable intelligence reports and recommendations for strategic planning.
3. Assess risks and vulnerabilities by evaluating information related to geopolitical, economic, and social factors.
4. Support the creation of contingency plans and response strategies based on intelligence assessments.
5. Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies, geopolitical events, and other relevant developments.
6. Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders as required.
7. Participate in interagency meetings and initiatives to exchange intelligence insights and coordinate efforts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
2. 5+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning.
3. Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings for senior-level government officials.
4. Knowledge of the Intelligence Community.
5. Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

1. MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus.
2. Experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents, such as the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP).
3. Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses.

Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
