Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an experienced professional to support due diligence, counterintelligence, research, and analytical efforts for Intelligence Community agencies. This role partners with senior leaders across the Public Sector Practice to support business development, practice development, and project delivery activities.

As a member of the Public Sector Practice leadership team, this individual may oversee staff, support performance management, resolve issues, and contribute to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; seven-plus years in related work preferred.
• Experience conducting research and analysis across public sector programs.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers research, analytics, and advisory support for IC clients.
• Supports or leads workstreams with engagement leadership and stakeholders.
• Produces clear analyses and recommendations to inform client decisions.
• Reviews data and documents to understand issues and environments.
• Manages priorities, coordinates communications, and meets deadlines.
