Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a manager-level professional to support project delivery for Intelligence Community (IC) Agencies, focusing on financial management, accounting, budget, and data analysis. You will partner with Public Sector Practice leaders to drive business development and deliver on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Accounting, Business Admin, or Finance.
• Four or more years of accounting, finance, business, operations, technology, management, or analysis experience required.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required; CPA/CGFM/CDFM/PMP or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of services leveraging education and experience for public sector clients.
• Assist with firm practice, solution and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with engagement team management and client leadership on strategy, planning, execution, and reviews.
• Support clients with financial, budgetary, IT, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Communicate status, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work products.
