Job summary

Synertex LLC in the Northern VA area is seeking a Marketing, Communication & Coordination Specialist to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and to coordinate across the Intelligence Community and contractor teams. The role supports executive communications and develops strategic messages aligning CIO program goals with mission priorities.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with a Polygraph is required prior to start date.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must comply with all ODNI on/off‑boarding requirements including annual training.
Must adhere to ICDs, NISPOM, ODNI Security Instructions.
AI tools use requires written COTR approval.
All experience must be within the last 10 years; related degrees.

Responsibilities

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business language for stakeholders.
Develop and execute communication strategies for CIO program goals and outcomes.
Create white papers, executive summaries, presentations, and reports for diverse audiences.
Develop communication packages for Sponsor leadership, the White House, and Congress.
Support onboarding/off‑boarding of Sponsor and contractor personnel.
Establish feedback mechanisms to capture business requirements and translate them into specs.
Identify and manage communication tools and channels between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Conduct market analysis to align strategy with industry best practices.
Coordinate across ODNI and contractor components for cross‑organizational tasks.
