Qualifications

• ACTIVE TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Systems, or related field
• FIVE (5) or more years of professional IC experience

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and map current and future system architectures across IC, DoW, OMB, and Treasury to modernize NIP funds flow.
• Define requirements for system updates and process changes aligned with mission needs and regulatory standards.
• Document and address systems security and vulnerability requirements with financial management and CI teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to chart interfaces for financial systems and support modernization.
• Identify, document, and analyze IC CFO and broader IC processes to drive process improvements.
• Apply process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause assessment to remove non-value-added activities.
• Assess legacy system conversion requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for audits and governance.
