Job summary

Nielsen is seeking a patent agent to draft and prosecute patent applications in the U.S. and abroad, partnering with inventors and outside counsel to protect Nielsen's IP.

This fully flexible remote role supports engineering teams with invention mining and patent audits, requiring USPTO registration, 2+ years of experience, and a technical degree in CS or engineering, with knowledge of media distribution, AI, and data science.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of media distribution, AI, and data science methodologies.
