Job summary
Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support staff and individuals served within assigned programs. You will coordinate assessments, develop and implement Individual Support Plans, and provide education and skill development for individuals and the team.
The role offers extensive training, career growth, and a competitive benefits package, with a salary of $27.00 per hour and generous PTO.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to be able to read, interpret and apply written information.
- Experience coordinating assessments and developing Individual Support Plans.
- Experience with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism preferred.
- Strong organizational and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
- Coordinates, develops, and implements individual assessments and Individual Support Plans.
- Delivers education and skill development for individuals and the support team.
