Job summary

Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support both employees and individuals served within assigned programs. You will coordinate, develop, and implement assessments and Individual Support Plans, and oversee education and skill development for individuals and the team.

This role emphasizes collaboration, training, and program development to drive positive outcomes, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and person-centered planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher and one year experience with intellectual disabilities or autism; Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to read, interpret and apply written information.
• Intermediate computer skills; able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web-based systems.
• Valid driver’s license and access to properly insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment process including Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a full time Program Specialist to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs. This includes the coordination, development, and implementation of individual assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Minimum Educational Requirements
