Job summary

Developmental Options is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional to design, implement, and monitor IPPs for residents in our ICF/IID program.

You will coordinate an interdisciplinary team, support direct care staff, and work with families to ensure services are effective and compliant with federal standards. A bachelor’s degree and ID/DD experience are required; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
• At least one year of experience with individuals with ID/DD.
• Knowledge of ICF/IID Conditions of Participation and active treatment standards.
• Experience developing IPPs or care plans preferred.
• Knowledge of behavior management and positive behavior support.
• Clear communication with residents and families.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor IPPs for residents.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team and support direct care staff.
• Collaborate with families to coordinate services.
• Maintain documentation per ICF/IID regulations and HIPAA.
• Apply behavior management techniques to promote positive behaviors.
