Job summary

State of Colorado's Wheat Ridge Regional Center is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional to oversee direct support services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. The role includes supervising multiple homes, coordinating IPP processes, and leading interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality, compliant care.

The position requires supervising 2 homes and 20–25 direct care staff, with on‑call rotation every eight weeks and adherence to state/federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the Human Services field, experience working with Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and previous supervisory experience
• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position
• Education And Experience: combination of related education and/or relevant experience equal to eight (8) years

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and coordinate comprehensive services for individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Supervise two ICF‑IID homes and 20–25 direct care staff
• Lead the Interdisciplinary (ID) Team process to develop an IPP
• Ensure documentation and program implementation meet licensure standards
• On‑call rotation roughly every 8th week
