Job Responsibilities

Content Creation & Media Production

• Develop training videos, marketing content, and live/on-demand segments
• Script, film, and edit videos in line with brand goals
• Serve as on-air talent for productions and support other talent
• Create communication assets like newsletters and video briefs

Training & Development

• Lead training through webinars, virtual classrooms, and in-person sessions
• Develop training programs and set learning goals
• Gather feedback to improve training content
• Align retail training with partner initiatives

Advocacy & Community Engagement

• Act as a content-driven advocate for the program
• Host virtual training and partner webinars
• Engage with community members to support satisfaction

Client & Partner Collaboration

• Coordinate with stakeholders and partners
• Gather insights and media for campaign recaps
• Manage campaign performance and ROI communication

Program Marketing & Operational Support

• Oversee content for promotions and manage digital assets
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and materials
• Support reward delivery and campaign execution

Qualifications

• Proficient in video production, scripting, editing (Adobe Suite preferred), graphic design
• Experience leading training sessions online and in-person
• Excellent communication skills; comfortable on-camera
• 3–5+ years in marketing, training, or media roles
• Ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
• Strong project management skills
• Creative problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Media Production, or related field
• Certifications in digital marketing, instructional design, or content production are a plus
